Guidelines for Candidates :-
1. Examination Form: - Forms for Examination can be had from Principal of recognized Institute from Board of Naturopathy System of Medicine Uttar Pradesh.
2. Forms: - Candidate file in the form should be legible, Correct & Complete.
- Candidate of 1st Year required sending Enrolment form with Exam form, Second & Final year candidates required to send Exam form only.
- Passport size photographs duly attested by M.P./M.L.A./M.L.C./Principal of college/Exam Centre Suptt./Pradhan/Mukhiya/ Registered Doctor are any eminent person should be pasted on prescribed form.
- Photostat Copy of certificates in support of minimum qualification etc. should be attached duly attested.
- Exam forms with enclosures & Crossed Demand draft should be submitted with Exam Centre Suptt.
- In case of any aforementioned formalities are avoided over sighted or ignored the forms will be liable to rejection.
3. Examination: - Generally Examination will be held in the months of May/June. Date of commencement of examination & scheme will be decided by Examination Committee.
- Medium: - 5 Questions should be solved in each question paper. All question carry equal 20 marks. All questions will be in English / Hindi and answer of the same can be given in English / Hindi.
- Paper: - The examination in all subjects of D.N.Y.S. & P.G.N.D. of one theory paper of 3 hours carrying 100 marks & practical / viva exam carrying 100 marks .
The examination in all subjects of D.N.Y.S. & P.G.N.D. shall consist of one theory paper Of 3 hours carrying 100 marks. - Admission Cards: - A permission letter issued under the signature of Controller Of Examination will compulsorily be required for entrance into the examination hall. Admission card & schemes will be circulated to all candidates directly or to Exam. centre one week earlier than Exam Date.
- Viva Exam: - Viva examination will be conducted before or after theory examination . The information of which will be given by centre suptt. Or controller of examination accordingly. All candidates are required to appear in Viva Exam as well as theory Exam.
- Internship: - All successful candidates of D.N.Y.S.& P.G.N.D. Certificate to complete 6 months Internship in any recognized by Naturopathy Hospital/Dispensary . During Internship a Provisional registration certificate will be issued & after completion of Internship main Certificate will be issued.
- Result: - The result of examination will be declared after about 1 months from theory Exam . The result will be published specially in Gazette and on Board Website.
Maximum marks are 100 and minimum marks are 40% in theory & Viva Exam. separately. The successful candidates who have obtained 75% and above will be given distinction in that subject provided he has passed the examination at first attempt. - Supplementary Examination: - Those Candidates who are failed in one or two subjects they can be permitted to appear in supplementary Exam. Such candidates are required to complete supplementary Exam. Form & they will have to deposit Rs. 300/- per subject as supp. Exam. fee. The information of supplementary examination will be given accordingly.
- Re-evaluation & Scrutiny:- The answer book may be scrutinized or re-evaluation on the request of candidate within one month time after the announcement of result provided further that prescribed fee is paid Rs.500/- only per subject for scrutiny & Rs. 500/- per subject for re- evaluation.
- Reservation of Exam fee. :- The half examination fee may on request be reserved for the next year subject to the following condition :-
- That the Candidate himself as ill.
- Member of his Family was confine to lied or any unforeseen circumstances beyond control accident injury etc. has taken place.During the period of examination & formal application should be submitted within 15 days after the examination after the examination along with Satisfactory proof of their incident occurred.
- Marksheet & Certificate :- Mark sheet& Certificate will be dispatched directly to successful candidates or they can have their diploma/mark sheet from Exam center superintendent.
In case the certificate / mark sheet is lost a duplicate thereof may be issued on request subject to the payment of Rs.500/- only as copying fee.
Oral Coaching Clinical Training:-
Every enroll student will take oral coaching as well as clinical training and assistance in completion of assignment from there and guide by the authorized study centre/board office .The Duration of Coaching/Training will be 3-4 hours on daily basis. The Practical training 4-5 days contact program/Practical Training is compulsory in every month in the Authorized study centre/Board office & guide fees for corresponding course can charge a reasonable amount of fee for the oral coaching fees Rs.800/- per year.
The following Course & Examination are conducted by the Board and the following Diplomas are awarded to it’s students as a token of their Knowledge, experience & eligibility in Electro-

RE-EVALUTION AND SECURITY-
The answer book may be scrutinized or re-evaluation on the request of candidate within one month time after the announcement of result provided further that prescribed fee is paid Rs.160/- only per subject for scrutiny &Rs. 100/- per subject for re- evaluation.
RESERVATION OF EXAM FEE-
The half examination fee may on request be reserved for the next year subject to the following condition:-
a) That the Candidate himself as ill or
b) Member of his Family was confine to lied or any unforeseen circumstances beyond control accident injury etc. has taken place.

REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE-
The Registration certificate for Electro-Homoeopathy practice will be issued on request of the successful candidates. The registration form may be obtain from registrar Administrative office, E.H. Medical Board Delhi
FACILITIES & PRIVILAGES TO THE REGD. PRACTITIONERS:-
1) The Registered practitioner is authorized to practice in Electro-Homoeopathy System of Medicine in where in India and abroad.
2) Electro-Homoeopathy diploma/certificate holder his/her clinic opens in all over India.
3) Electro-Homoeopathy practice valid/ fully allowed by govt. order on date 05-05-2010.
4) Electro-Homoeopathy diploma/certificate valid by the govt. of India.
5) Electro-Homoeopathy Institute valid for education, Research, promotion & development in that system by the order of govt. of India.
